Excess Buy Inc. — “Resale Catalog” application

Excess Buy Inc. (“we,” “us”) is a liquidation reseller based in Kyle, Texas. “Resale Catalog” is our internal inventory, listing, and fulfillment application. It is a single-business tool used only by our own authorized staff — it is not a public consumer service and does not create accounts for outside users.
The application processes: our own product inventory (titles, conditions, costs, prices, quantities, storage locations); our own eBay listings and orders retrieved through the eBay APIs (order details, buyer shipping addresses, tracking numbers) for the sole purpose of fulfilling those orders; and shipping information needed to purchase postage. We do not collect personal information from the general public.
We access the eBay APIs only in support of our own eBay selling account. eBay data — including marketplace pricing data and our order and listing data — is used strictly inside this internal tool to price our inventory, create and manage our listings, and pick, pack, and ship our orders. We do not sell, rent, redistribute, publish, or share eBay data with any third party, and we use it in compliance with the eBay API License Agreement and eBay’s data-use policies.
We do not share the information in this application with third parties, except with the service providers strictly necessary to complete a transaction — for example, a shipping carrier or postage provider used to buy and print a shipping label. Those providers receive only the data required to perform that service.
Data is stored locally on our own business systems and is accessible only to authorized Excess Buy Inc. staff. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. Buyer information obtained to fulfill an order is retained only as long as needed for order fulfillment, returns, recordkeeping, and applicable legal or tax requirements.
The application is an internal tool and does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
